Bike Commute Diaries: Will Drive for Bikes

16 May

I have another dirty little secret. The #1 reason I drive these days is to ride my bike. When I want to hit the trails on my mountain bike, I drive. When I meet my friends after work for a hilly road ramble, I drive. I don’t need my car to get to work, to shop, to visit the doctor, or catch a movie. But sometimes I need my car to ride my bike.

I’ve felt the same way! Pulling into a parking lot full of other cyclists, unloading their bikes…

Actually I don’t even need a car to ride my bike! I have a folding bike, and they’re great to literally walk or take buses/trains with your bikes inside a bag!

Fix The Toaster

Nearly 32,000 Americans die in car crashes annually. 80% of car crashes are PREVENTABLE. If the TOASTER was killing that many people we'd think it was ridiculous. We'd un-plug it and say, let's Fix The Toaster.
