		<description><![CDATA[Last weekend was move-in weekend at UCSC—lots of cars streaming slowly down Bay, lots of bicyclists riding the wrong way on one-way streets in downtown Santa Cruz.  It made my weekend shopping by bike a little harder than usual, but things should settle down once classes start on Thursday.]]></description>
